How to Block Apps From Internet Access on Windows 10


 Following these steps will allow you to block apps in the Windows Firewall:

1. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.


2. Type "firewall.cpl" in the Run dialog box and press Enter. This will open the Windows Firewall settings.



3. Click on the "Advanced settings" option on the left side of the window.



4. In the left-hand pane, click on "Outbound Rules" to create a new rule.


5. Click on "New Rule" in the right-hand pane to start the wizard.


6. Select "Program" and click "Next."


7. Choose "This program path" and click "Browse" to locate the executable file of the app you want to block.

8. Select the executable file and click "Next."


9. Select "Block the connection" and click "Next."


10. Choose the type of network connections you want to block (public, private, or both) and click "Next."

11. Give the rule a name and description and click "Finish."


After following these steps, the app you selected will be blocked from accessing the internet through the Windows Firewall.
